Ok, once you pry the tabs off the outer cover and remove it.....

Pop these tabs up, like so...

Then go to dme harness/connector point. Push the 2 circle tabs the direction the arrows show you. While also using a screw drive to push the board out of place. I have changed chip about 10 times and I have to push the **** out of it to get it to pop out of place. So don't be gentle, LOL.

Once opened, it will look like this. The chip circled is the one you will be replacing.

With a screw driver carefully pry up the stock chip, going from one side to the other slowly working it out. Once it is out, this is what it will look like....

Ok, now when installing your new chip, be sure to line up the little notches (one on the chip, and one where the chip goes. they are circle in yellow).
